Why water flossing actually works
Water flossers are one option for cleaning between teeth alongside brushing. A clinical trial of a studied device found improvements in gum health; the ADA recommends cleaning between teeth daily.
Choose an interdental-cleaning method you can use consistently. The clinical trial cited here tested another device, so its results should not be read as a measured outcome for Flossy.
